Seeing "I Have to Be a VPM Passport Member in Order to View This Video"

Please make sure you have activated your VPM Passport Account. Use the Passport Lookup Tool to see if we have your current email for passport access.

Make sure you are also using the correct login information for your Passport app. If you are still getting errors, diable the PBS app in settings and follow the steps below to log back into your account.

When activating VPM Passport, you were prompted to sign up using either a Google account, a Facebook account, or a PBS account. That log in information is now linked to your VPM Passport account and you must use that same login information when signing in to Passport. If you do not remember which option you chose, you can try each of them without doing harm to your accounts. If you need to, you can reset those passwords.
