Ashley Williams, MS, C-IAYT, is a Yoga Therapist and Mindfulness Educator with experience in the fields of education, behavioral and mental health, and community programming. She is an advocate for diverse representation, accessible self-care and overall well-being.

Ashley has strategically built community-centered yoga and mindfulness programs in schools, health systems, government agencies, faith-based organizations and businesses. She bridges diversity, wellness and inclusion to achieve equitable, socially stable and conscious spaces for individual and collective care.

Sheila E. Battle is a transformational leader with 28 years of leadership and motivational speaking experience in both the public and private sectors. She advocates for human services and is an agent of change with a passion for helping people grow holistically from within.

Sheila created the SoulCare Curriculum,  which includes a diverse selection of exercises and tools that integrate into the natural flow of real life. She was featured as a TEDxRVA speaker in April 2016, and has been a sought-after speaker for secular and sacred audiences for over 20 years.

Sheila Batle is a team leader and teacher with an inspirational and enthusiastic style, and with her husband Frank, is a visionary of The Battle Station and 15 Minutes of Grace.
