Presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden and California Sen. Kamala Harris will make a joint appearance today, starting around 4:30 p.m.

It will be their first appearance together since Biden announced the selection of Harris as his running mate on Tuesday. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the Biden campaign says they can not hold an introductory rally. We'll stream the event via NPR starting around 4:30 p.m.
