Sen. Joe Morrissey could be the deciding vote on any new proposals to restrict abortion access in the state. Last week, the Richmond Democrat had a heated exchange on his live radio show when he was pressed to take a stance on the issue.

Hampton Roads housing market is breaking records as prices continue to surge

The median home sold in Hampton Roads last month went for a record $319,900, according to new data from the Real Estate Information Network. That’s 6% higher than the previous all-time high of $300,000, which we hit a month prior in March.
