- 1 lb ground bison or lean ground beef
- Salt and pepper
- Sliced cheese,optional
- Sliced tomato
- Lettuce leaves
- Red onion slices
- Pickle, optional
- Jalapeno slices, optional
- Sauce: ¼ c mayonnaise mixed with 1 T. sriracha
- Slider buns
Pat the ground meat into 12 small slider sized patties. Season each with salt and pepper and grill to desired doneness. Serve on slider rolls with a wide selection of toppers. Makes 12 sliders.
